It doesn't get any better than this folks......

Found at my Grandmothers, made by hand by her mother (my Great Grandmother) and is completely relevant and handy (excuse the pun!?) today:

"What" you may well ask,  "are these"??  The little note pinned to them reads:

Now don't be mistaken, and don't be misled,
These aren't for you but for your dishes instead
Just pull out the ribbons & tear out the stitches
Now you have your dish cloths
But you've lost your britches

That my friends, is pure gold!
